In compliance with the provisions of Articles 3, Fraction I; 16; 17; 18; 21; 25; 26; 27;
28; 29; 30; 31; 32; 33; 34; 35; and 36 of the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by
Private Parties (hereinafter, the LGPDPPP), the following Comprehensive Privacy Notice is made available
to data subjects:
I. Identity and address of the data controller who
collects
the data.
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by
Private Parties, the following privacy notice is made available under the following terms:

Jalisco, Mexico; As the party responsible for the processing of your personal data, we
inform you that our clients' information is treated with strict confidentiality. Therefore, by providing
your personal data, which includes:
- Full name.
- Address.
- Tax identification number: RFC, SSN/TIN, NIT, CPF, CUIT/CUIL, SIN/NAS, SII/RUT/RUN,
NITE, RUC, RNC, NIF, RTN, RUC, RIF (or equivalent).
- Email.
- Phones.
- Photographs uploaded by the evaluated or candidate.
- Photographs taken during the process of administering psychometric/psychotechnical
tests, with approval from the same candidate or evaluated individual so that the hiring
company can consult them.
- Reports of technical exams applied and their answers.
- Audio and/or video responses through questionnaires from candidates or evaluated
individuals for job positions with work-related purposes, with prior authorization from the
evaluated individuals or candidates.
- Curriculum vitae with personal data of the workers of the company that hires our
services (including date of birth, name, address, phone numbers, education or studies,
experience, and list of companies where the workers have worked).
- Reports with the interpretation of the psychometric/psychotechnical evaluations of
the candidates for job positions and their responses.
- Payment receipts for the activation of the company hiring our services.
It is highlighted that, in terms of article 3, fraction VI of the LGPDPPP, only the last three types
of data indicated in the previous enumeration (curriculum vitae with personal data of the workers of
the company that hires our services, including date of birth, name, address, phone numbers,
education or studies, experience, and a list of companies where the workers have worked, reports
with the interpretation of the psychometric/psychotechnical evaluations of the candidates for job
positions and their responses, payment receipts for the activation of the company hiring our
services) correspond to sensitive personal data, therefore they will be safeguarded with strict
confidentiality by " PsicoSmart Mexico
S.C.
II. Purposes of data processing.
PsicoSmart Mexico S.C., through its personal data processing officer, carries out
the processing of the data mentioned in the previous section, in accordance with articles 3
section I, 16, 17, 18, 21,
25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of the LGPDPPP. The aforementioned data will be
used
for:
- To register them in our electronic system, in order to have their contact
information and apply standardized assessment tests, surveys, exams, questionnaires, grades,
results, and provide courses to the workers of the company that hires our
services.
- Register in our electronic database the interpretation of the
psychometric/psychotechnical tests of the candidates for any job position in the company
that hires our services, along with their responses, as well as their payment receipts for
the activation of their account.
- Register in our electronic system the evidence of the fulfillment of the objectives
of the candidates for job positions, as well as of the workers belonging to the companies
that hire our services.
- Allowing the company hiring our services to view the photographs taken during the
administration of the psychometric/psychotechnical tests to validate the person taking the
tests.
- Allow access to cloud-based conferences, courses, and workshops offered by PsicoSmart
Mexico S.C., on topics related to business and labor of interest to our clients and their
employees.
- Issue invoicing documents.
- Inform about changes to our products or services.
- Evaluate the quality of the service.
- Conduct internal studies on consumption habits.
- Comply with legal requirements from competent authorities.
The person in charge will not process personal data for purposes other than those expressly stated
in this privacy notice, nor will they transfer personal data to other controllers, whether public or
private, except when strictly necessary to comply with information requests from a competent authority,
provided that such requests are duly justified and motivated.
III. Options and means that the data controller offers to
data subjects to limit the use or disclosure of data.
o prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and to ensure that the information is used
for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, we have established various procedures and security
measures, including:
Registering in our electronic system to maintain contact, apply standardized assessment tests, surveys,
exams, ratings, results, and provide training courses to employees of the company that hires our
services.
Recording in our electronic database the interpretation of psychometric tests of candidates for any job
position with the company that hires our services, along with their responses and payment receipts for
account activation.
Recording in our electronic system evidence of candidates' achievement of job objectives, as well as
employees of companies that hire our services.
Administrative, physical, and technical measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized use or
disclosure of your data, allowing us to process it properly.
If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated by any conduct of our
employees or our actions or responses, or if you suspect that there has been any breach of the
provisions set forth in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you
may file a complaint or report with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and
Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
Please be informed that the collected personal data will not be subject to transfers that require the
data subject's consent. However, if the data subject has any questions regarding the processing of their
personal data or the mechanisms to exercise their rights, they may contact [contact

IV. Means to exercise the rights of access,
rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of personal data.
All your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable and current legislation
in the country. Therefore, we inform you that you have the power at all times to revoke this consent
through the ARCO rights: to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data. You
can exercise these rights by submitting the form available in this document, which our staff will
provide if needed.
The requirements that the application must contain for the exercise of ARCO rights.
- Name of the owner and their address or any other means to receive
notifications;
- The documents that prove the identity of the holder and, if applicable, the
personality and identity of their representative;
- If possible, the department responsible for processing personal data and to which
the request is addressed;
- The clear and precise description of the personal data for which one seeks to
exercise any of the ARCO rights;

The deadlines according to this Law, to provide you with follow-up and attention are the following:
20 Days from the date the request was received.
The request may not be processed in accordance with Chapter IV, Article 34 of the LFPDPPP.

V. Data transfers that are carried out.
PsicoSmart Mexico S.C. will not transfer your personal data to its affiliated or
subsidiary companies identified or associated with PsicoSmart Mexico S.C. It will also not transfer data
to its authorized distributors and/or third-party service providers with whom it has a legal
relationship, nor to national or international third parties.
VI. Procedure and means by which the data controller will
communicate changes to the privacy notice to the data subjects, in accordance with the provisions of
this Law.
This privacy notice may be modified at any time by PsicoSmart Mexico S.C. Such modifications
will be notified through a physical notice at the establishment or via electronic means.
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time to address
legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our
services or products.

This Confidentiality/Privacy Statement is subject to the terms and conditions of PSICOSMART®,
which constitutes a legal agreement between the user and PSICOSMART®. By using the services provided,
the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
